Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from purchase excluding public holidays. All items will be shipped with tracking via Australia Post. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Damaged Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at zoe@outbreath.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your item.

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Photos of damaged items

  • Photos of packaging

  • Specific areas of damage

Failure to provide photos within 24 hours may affect our ability to process your claim.
