Connection begins within.

I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety and life's challenges — creating space to slow down, get curious, and build a more meaningful, connected life. For anyone seeking support, personal growth, and somewhere safe to be heard.

You don't need to have it all figured out to reach out.

This might be for you if you're noticing:

  • Constant stress, anxiety or emotional exhaustion, without quite knowing how to switch off

  • Thoughts or emotions that feel hard to make sense of, or patterns you keep finding yourself back in

  • Life changes, relationships or pressures that feel harder to navigate than they used to

  • A quiet sense that something isn't quite right — even without the words for it yet

  • A wish for more balance and wellbeing, without a clear sense of where to begin

About me

Hello I’m Zoe, a counsellor working at the intersection of wellbeing, relationship and — for many of my clients — horses.

I support individuals navigating stress, anxiety and life's challenges, offering a confidential space to pause, be heard, and reconnect with what matters. This is the heart of my practice, and it's open to anyone — you don't need a horse in your life to work with me.

Alongside my general counselling work, I've developed a specialisation in equestrian wellbeing. Having spent 20 years around horses myself, I've come to see how much our relationship with them can reflect what's happening in us more broadly — the way we handle pressure, communicate, trust, and let go of control. That's what led me to create Mind, Horse, Human, a six-session program exploring the human within the horse-human relationship.

Everything I do, whether one-to-one counselling or horse-based work, is grounded in the same framework — CONNECT: connect, observe, notice, nurture, engage, communicate, trust.

I'm a qualified, ACA-registered counsellor based in Moruya, with additional qualifications with the Equine Psychotherapy Institute.

If you're curious about what a little more connection — to yourself, to others, or to your horse — might look like, I'd love to hear from you.

If you require a session time outside of regular hours get in touch to see how we can help.

Through counselling, you can experience meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we'll work to ease the weight of past experiences, build confidence to move toward what matters to you, and strengthen your sense of purpose — supporting a more balanced, meaningful life.
